Berkhamsted & District Archaeological Society

Offering a wider perspective for its members,
the Society arranges visits to important archaeological sites
throughout the UK, often with specialised commentary from
local experts. Sutton Hoo, Roman Bath, pre-historic monuments, Norman churches, castles and mosaics
have all been included in recent itineraries.

An annual visit to a place/s of particular note is also organised by the Society, giving members the opportunity to enjoy sites of special interest.
